Zola G Harrison

Zola G. Harrison, 98, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home, in Waterloo.  Zola was born August 27, 1912, at Hatfield, Missouri, the daughter of Clifford & Flora (Weddle) Wolfe.  She married Melford Harrison August 30, 1930, at Adel, Iowa.  He preceded her in death April 7, 1970.  Zola owned and operated the Aloha Inn in Cedar Falls.

Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Martin, of Cedar Falls, Karon Galivan, of Cedar Falls, and Pearl McRoberts, of Waterloo; nine grandchildren,  fourteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; and two sisters, Corrinne Petersen, of Adel and Dorothy Ory, of DeSoto, Iowa.

Zola was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, and three sisters.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 13, 2011, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with inurnment at a later date.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.  Memorials may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls.  Online condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com .
