WILLIAM "BILL" JOHN CHASE, was born January 1, 1944 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the son of Alva and Mabel (Greathead) Chase. He married Molly Williams September 17, 1966 in Brandon, Iowa. Bill was president of Petersen Brothers Drywall Construction, Inc. He died Thursday, May 16, 2002 at Sartori Memorial Hospital at the age of 58 years.
Survivors include his wife, Molly, of Cedar Falls; one daughter, Carri Chase, of Cedar Falls; two sons, Chad Chase of Cedar Falls and Curt Chase of Shell Rock; his mother, Mabel Chase, of Fayette; one brother, Charles Chase of North Fort Myers, Florida; and one sister, Patricia Morine of Lester Prairie, Minnesota. Bill was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 20, 2002 at First United Methodist Church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. A memorial fund will be established.
