Vicki Thompson

VICKI L. THOMPSON was born June 7, 1949 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the daughter of Roger E. and Alida M. (Schatzberg) Henry. She was a 1969 graduate of Janesville High School. Vicki worked for United Parcel Service and was an abstractor for Bremer County for many years. She also was a secretary for Richway Industries in Janesville for several years. Vicki died Tuesday, October 17, 2000, at her home in Janesville, at 51 years of age.

She is survived by her son, Tolly Thompson and his wife Tracy of Lincoln, Nebraska; her two daughters, Kara and Katy Thompson of Cedar Falls; a granddaughter, Payton Thompson, and a special friend, Bill Wilson of Janesville.  Vicki was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dean Henry.

Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2000, at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, with burial at Garden of Memories in Waterloo, Iowa.  Memorials may be directed to the family.
