VELMA I. PATTERSON, 80, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, November 21, 2006, at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls. She was born January 6, 1926 at Aredale, Iowa, the daughter of William and Emma (Ubben) Patterson. Velma worked for a short time at Waterloo Laundry.
Survivors include her two brothers, Victor Patterson of Placentia, California and Lavern (Evelyn) Patterson of Cedar Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents and a twinsister, Thelma Stevens.
A private committal service will be at a later date. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
