Thomas Henry Hart

Thomas Henry Hart, 63, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012 at his home in Chaska, Mn. following a brief illness. He was born May 4, 1949 in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Donald and JoAnn (Cramer) Hart. Tom married Judy Edge Sept. 1, 1967. Tom and Judy raised their two children Brian and Traci in Cedar Falls, IA. In 1988 the family moved to Minnesota, where Tom was a building contractor and most recently owner and operator of Hart Foundations, Inc. in Chaska Mn. He is survived by his wife, Judy Hart of Chaska; son, Brian (Susie) Hart, of Chanhassen, Mn; daughter, Traci (Clint)Hart-Thomas of Waconia, Mn; nine grandchildren, Alexander, Donovan, Ana, Henry, Amara, Leo, Joe, T.J. (Thomas James) and Joanna; his mother, JoAnn Hart, of Dodge Center, Mn.; brother, Jim (Lois) Hart, of Cedar Falls; three sisters, Sandra (Roger Erickson) Hart, of Kasson, Mn., Pat (Randy) Fuller, of Eden Prairie, Mn., and Donna (Galen) Heinle, of Mantorville, Mn.; as well as several nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Donald, one sister, Nancy Heinle and grandson Willson Hart-Thomas. Memorial/Celebration of Life services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with inurnment at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg on Sunday, Jan13th. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Family and friends will be gathering at the Clarion Inn in Cedar Falls following the service.
