Scott "Brad" Fox

Scott "Brad" Fox, 52, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, August 8, 2012, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo. He was born December 16, 1959, in Hankinson, North Dakota, the son of James O. and Donna Rae (Stengler) Fox. Brad married Laura Lorber on July 16, 1983, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Davenport. She preceded him in death February 2, 2004. He graduated from Spencer High School and from the University of Northern Iowa. Brad served as Information Technology Director at Bertch Cabinet Manufacturing in Waterloo, Iowa. He is survived by his children, Emma C. and Benjamin S. Fox of Cedar Falls; his sister, Melissa (Mark) Johannsen of Freemont, Nebraska and his brother, Jim Fox, of Phoenix, Arizona. Brad was preceded in death by his wife, Laura, parents and grandparents. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2012, at Nazareth Lutheran Church, with burial at Fairview Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home and one hour prior to service time at the church. Memorials may be directed to the Brad Fox Family.
