She is survived by her parents and two sisters, Bailey Epling and Madison Fillinger, all of Dunkerton, Iowa; maternal grandparents, Tim and Becky Bedard, of Waterloo; paternal grandparents, Jim and Mary Fillinger, of Independence, Iowa; and maternal great grandparents, Jim and Marge Lorenzen, of LeMars, Iowa.
Rylee was preceded in death by her brother, Christian Fillinger, and her paternal great grandparents, Victor and Dorothy Schminke.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2008, at St. John Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls, with inurnment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Waterloo at a later date. Visitation will be 2:30 pm until service time at the church. Memorials may directed to the family.
