Ruby Ann Wagner, 77, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, August 15, 2015, at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls. She was born November 14, 1937, in Waterloo, the daughter of Frank E. and Hazel A. (Berry) Wilkin. She married Bert Canfield August 25, 1957, in Waterloo, and they were later divorced. Ruby married George Wagner November 1, 1998 in Branson, Missouri. Ruby was a graduate of Waterloo East High School and attended Kirkwood Community College. She was a homemaker and had been employed at the Waterloo Savings Bank, John Deere Purchasing Department and at Wal-Mart in Waverly and Cedar Rapids. Ruby was a member of First United Methodist Church in Cedar Falls where she was active in Bible Study. She is survived by her husband, George, of Cedar Falls; one son, Earl F. (Jane) Canfield, of Dunkerton, Iowa; three daughters, Lois J. (Allan) Rathe, of Dunkerton, Iowa, Cheryl A. Moore, of Hiawatha, Iowa, and Ilene M. (Don) Miller, of Waterloo; one step-son, Dave (Denise) Wagner, of Cedar Falls; one step-daughter, Susan Teel, of Cedar Falls; 15 grandchildren, Anne (Dale) Otte, Daniel (Jennifer) Rathe, Rachel Rathe, Michael Rathe, Bryan Knebel, Lindy (Cory) Ryant, Jacob Moore, Leah Moore, Maggie, Emilee and Jonathan Miller, and Matthew, Hannah, Andrew and Elijah Canfield; five great-grandchildren and five step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lois M. Wilkin. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 20, 2015, at First United Methodist Church with burial at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, and also one hour prior to services at the church.
