Ross D Wilson

Ross Wilson, 52, of Cedar Falls, died Friday, July 29, 2011, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home, in Waterloo.  Ross was born December 17, 1958 at Schoitz Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Ray & Nyola (Diekmann) Wilson.  He married Linda Pfiffner September 28, 1991 at St. Edward's Catholic Church in Waterloo.  Ross was employed as an inside salesman with Deco Tool Supply for 30 years.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Wilson; his son, David Wilson; his daughters, Elizabeth Wilson and Emily Wilson, all of Cedar Falls; two brothers, Keith (Mary) Wilson; Mark Wilson, and his sister, Cheryl Wilson, all of Cedar Falls.

Ross was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 1, 2011 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 3 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, with a time of sharing starting at 5:30 p.m., at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home.  Visitation will continue for one hour prior to service time at the church on Monday.  Memorials may be directed to the Ross Wilson Memorial Fund at any U.
