Roselyn J. Ehlers, 78, of Waterloo and formerly of Cresco died Sunday, October 8, 2006 at her brother's home in Waterloo. Roselyn was born October 1, 1928 at Ridgeway, Iowa, the daughter of Arnold & Eva (Farghum) Albertson. She married Clarence Ehlers, Jr. May 22, 1949 in Waterloo. He preceded her in death January 29, 1978. Roselyn retired as Office Manager of the Younkers Store in Cedar Falls after more than 10 years of employment.
Survivors include her son, David Ehlers, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two brothers, Robert (Kay) Albertson of Waterloo and Stanley Albertson of Rochester, Minnesota; and two sisters, Janeen (Richard) Ness of Blaine, Minnesota and Beverly (Harvey) Koshatka of Cresco, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Roger Albertson in infancy and Leland Albertson, and one sister, Lois Brown.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with interment in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, both in Cedar Falls. There will be no public visitation. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
