Roger M. Moore, "007", 95, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, July 10, 2010, at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth Martin Health Center.  He was born September 3, 1914 in Spirit Lake, Iowa, the son of Merle and Lois (Lockard) Moore. He graduated from West High School in Waterloo. Roger was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Navy Seabees, at Pt. Barrow, Alaska. He married Lucille Kirchman and they were later divorced.  He married Mary Louise Manning January 10, 1942, in Cedar Falls and she preceded him in death on November 18, 1982. He married Fern Hook and she preceded him in death.  He married Charlotte M. Davis September 6, 1985 and she preceded him in death February 3, 1997. Roger joined his father at  M. M.  Moore & Sons for a short time. He continued at Moore Engineering Co. until he retired in 1984.. He was a  member of the Black Hawk Gem & Mineral Society and taught lost wax casting in gold and silver at William Holland Lapidary Arts at Young Harris, Georgia and Iowa.

He is survived by one son, Ronald Moore, of The Villages, Fl.; four daughters, Kathleen Stockwell, of Margate, Fl.,  Mary Lynn Fremont, Jackie (Lynn) Berggren, and Maurine (Keith) Bierle, all of Cedar Falls; fifteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren, and one sister, Dorothea Bowman of Cedar Falls.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three wives, one brother, Gerald "Bud" Max Moore, sister-in-law, Hazel Moore, and one son-in-law, Gary Fremont.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 17, 2010, at Cedar Heights Community Presbyterian Church, with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery in Waterloo, with military honors given by Cedar Falls AMVETS Post #49. Visitation will be 4 - 7 p.m., Friday, July 16, 2010, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home. Masonic services will be at 7:00 p.m. by Martin Lodge #624, Waterloo.
