Robert K Miller

Robert Kenneth Miller, 77, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, died Monday, April 16, 2007, at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls. He was born March 19, 1930 at Charter Oak, Iowa, the son of Harold and Lola (Burke) Bohall. Robert served in the United Sates Army Air Corps from 1946 to 1949. He worked for Maytag, John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works and Doerfer Engineering, retiring in 1995. Robert was a private pilot and flew for 35 years.

He is survived by four daughters, Tami (Tony) Fuller of Cedar Falls, Dawn Stafford of Frisco, Texas, Susan (Marlyn) Weber of Dike, Iowa and Dianne (Craig) White of Waterloo, Iowa; one son, Ron Miller, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Dwayne (Shirley) Groat of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and Greg (Veronica) Bohall of Newton, Iowa, and two sisters, Carla (Craig) Sutton of Newton, Iowa and Pat (Jim) Fryrear of Mission, Texas.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Laurence D. Miller.

Memorial services will be 1:30 pm Friday, April 20, 2007, at Faith Wesleyan Church in Cedar Falls. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is assisting the family. Memorials may be directed to the family.
