Robert Eugene Lee

Robert Eugene Lee, 84, of Mission, TX, passed away on July 29, 2025 at the Mission Regional Medical Center in Mission, TX. Born in Spring Valley, MN, on March 19, 1941, to the late Frederic W. and Florence M. (Daehler) Lee. Robert attended school in Waterloo, IA, and worked as a Machinist at John Deere Tractor Works in Waterloo, retiring in 1996. He married Janet Beier and had two children.

Robert is survived by his wife, Janet Lee; two daughters, Cindy Lee of Mission, TX, and Cathy (John) Mummelthie of Cedar Falls, IA; brother-in-law, Ken (Janet) Beier of Mission, TX; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenneth, Melvin (Evelyn), and Marvin (Shirley) Lee; six sisters, Lois Lee, Evelyn (Oda) Carson, Delores (Max) Karns, Marlys (Robert) Lehman, Shirley (Bob) Bartz, and Joyce (Russ) Hall.
