Richard Stickfort

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth, of Stout; a son, Stan Stickfort, of Stout; a daughter, Betty (Rodney) Kendrick, of Parkersburg; two grandchildren, Shane (Pamela) Kendrick of Stout and Elizabeth (William) Rogers of Cedar Falls; and five great-grandchildren, Brandon, Sean and Emmett Kendrick, and William Rodney Rogers and Isabell Rogers.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, William, Jake W., Ben and John Stickfort, and three sisters, Lena Hippen Claussen, Bena DeNeui and Trientje Stickfort in infancy.

Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Friday, September 1, 2006, at the Stout Gospel Hall, with interment at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg. Visitation will be 4 - 8:00 pm Thursday at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home and one hour before service at the Gospel Hall. Memorials may be directed to the Stout Gospel Hall.
