Reika H. Kramer

Reika H. Kramer, 96, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, died Saturday, January 23, 2016, at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls. She was born July 13, 1919 in Steamboat Rock, Iowa, the daughter of Harm and Anna (Nederhoff) Bunger. Reika married Lester I. Kramer December 9, 1942 in Wellsburg, Iowa and he preceded her in death January 21, 1992.

She is survived by one daughter; Linda Thierman, of Cedar Falls and one son Lester (Anita) Kramer of Yuma, Arizona; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Harris Kramer; one granddaughter, Lisa Thierman; one great grandson, John Henry Thompson; one son-in-law, James Thierman; three brothers, Coert, Tilko, and Oldig Bunger, and one sister, Grace Bettenga.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Garden Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls.
