PHYLLIS
FLETCHER
was born November 21, 1920 at Rose Hill, Colorado the daughter of Charles & Rossie (Boyer) Billings. She died Monday, December 22, 2003 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa at the age of 83 years.
Survivors include three sons, Edward C. (Carol) Fletcher of Big Pine Key, Florida, Larry R. (Clare) Fletcher of Laguna Hills, California, Thomas A. (Carolyn) Fletcher of Maple Grove, Minnesota; one daughter, Linda (Daniel) Cobb of Odessa, Missouri; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one brother, Ronald (Jodie) Billings of Shawnee Mission, Kansas.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services were 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2003, at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home Chapel. Inurnment will be in Topeka, Kansas at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.
