PATRICIA LOUISE "PAT" WOOLSEY
JONES, 61, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, September 15, 2004, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. She was born March 9, 1943 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Stephen and Eloise (Clark) Woolsey. She married Darold Jones on September 18, 1964 in Finchford, Iowa. Pat was a 1961 graduate of West Waterloo High School and a 1986 graduate of Hawkeye Institute of Technology. She was a supervisor for eight years at R. L. Polk Company and worked for several years at US West in Waterloo until her retirement in 1995 due to health reasons.
She is survived by her husband, Darold, of Waterloo; her daughter, Dawn (Rick) Chase of Dewar, Iowa, and three grandchildren, Stephen, Stephanie and Tyler Chase.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services were 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 20, at the Western Home Chapel in Cedar Falls. Private committal services will be at a later date. A memorial fund will be established.
