Survivors include three sons, Mike (Janet) Graham of Silverthorne, Colorado, Ty (Angie) Graham and Shannon (Colleen) Graham, all of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Joni (Dave) Krejchi of Cedar Falls and Pennie (Mark) Kellenberger of Davenport, Iowa; eight grandchildren, Brock & Chase Krejchi, Brandon, Ashtin, Justice, & Trinity Kellenberger, and Kyle & Logan Sharp; one brother, Harold (Bev) Sands of Cedar Falls and one sister, Evelyn Turner of Cedar Falls. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, husband; three brothers, Vernon, Donald and David Sands; and one sister, Shirley Sands.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 24, 2006 at First Christian Church in Cedar Falls with burial in Finchford Cemetery, Finchford, Iowa. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home and for one hour prior to service time at the church on Thursday.
