Norma A. Reichenberg, 90, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at NewAldaya Lifescapes, Cedar Falls. Norma was born May 16, 1921 at Hazen, North Dakota, the daughter of Edward & Mary (Ille) Boettcher. She married Edwin E. Reichenberg May 27, 1946 in Glendive, Montana. He preceded her in death April 12, 1993. Norma graduated from Hazen High School and Capital Commercial College in Bismarck, North Dakota. She was employed at law offices in Hazen and in Cedar Falls, and she was Assistant Trust Officer at Cedar Falls Trust & Savings Bank (US Bank).
Survivors include her daughter, Mary (Bill Bramblett) Reichenberg, of Cedar Falls; one brother, Kenneth (Elizabeth) Boettcher of Centennial, Colorado; and three sisters, Tracy Fluegge of Yakima, Washington, Luella (Wesley) Wilson of Missoula, Montana, and Shirley Davis of Selah, Washington.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, David Reichenberg; one brother, Jim Boettcher and one sister, Elenora Miller.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011, at St. John Lutheran Church with inurnment in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be left at
