He is survived by his parents of Waterloo, Iowa; two sisters, Jazlynn and his twin sister, Ashley, both at home; paternal grandparents, Brad Bernardy of Spencer, Iowa and Gail Bernardy of Plano, Texas; maternal grandparents, Leroy and Debra Staton, of Dunkerton, Iowa; paternal great grandparents, Earl and Trylis Schlemmer of Wood Lake, Minnesota, and Deloris Leonard of Belview, Minnesota; maternal great grandparents, Ron and Darlene Burke, of Winthrop, Iowa; his uncles and aunts, Leslie and Toby Bonham of Marathon, New York, Chad and Heather Staton of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Peter Bernardy of Sioux City, Iowa, Luke Bernardy of Denver, Colorado, and Sheri Bernardy of Des Moines, Iowa.

Memorial services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, April 14, 2007, at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls. Memorials may be directed to the family.
