Nancy Grundmeyer

Nancy J. Grundmeyer, 83, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, June 9, 2018 at her home.  Nancy was born August 7, 1934 in Oelwein, Iowa, the daughter of George & Roma (Watt) Aliano.  She married Anthony Grundmeyer on May 28, 1955 in Lamont, Iowa.  Nancy was a homemaker, worked at Rath Packing Company as a secretary and later worked at Waterloo Corrugated Box Company.

Survivors include her husband, Anthony Grundmeyer of Cedar Falls; two sons, Dan (Sandy) Grundmeyer of Cedar Falls and Tim Grundmeyer of New Hartford; her daughter, Jill (Skip) Roofner of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Kaley (Mike) Miner, Nick Grundmeyer and Chris Grundmeyer; and three great grandchildren, Logan Miner, Lukas Miner and Everly Grundmeyer.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents.

Private graveside services will be held at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Waterloo.  Public visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.  Condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
