Miriam Joy Wagner, 68, of Washburn died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at her home of pancreatic cancer. Joy was born October 2, 1938 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of John F. & Cleo L. (McKeever) Campbell. She married Richard "Dick" Gene Wagner June 15, 1957 in Waterloo. He preceded her in death November 6, 1999. Joy taught piano in her home from 1960 to 1994, worked for Investors Diversified Services from 1960 to 1963, and co-owned along with her husband, Cassette Reproductions from 1972 to 2000 where they recorded the Cedar Falls Bible Conference for 27 years. She was a member of the Waterloo Woman's Club and the Venture Motorcycle Club.

Survivors include two daughters, Tamara (Butch) Schwartz of Forest Lake, Minnesota, Lori (Brian) Bromagen of Lexington, Kentucky; her daughter in law, Anna Wagner of Waterloo, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren; one brother, Kent (Sue Ellen) Campbell of Branson, Missouri and one sister, Shirley (Wedge) Alman of Atlanta, Georgia.

Joy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Jeff Wagner, one grandson, and one brother, Jon Campbell.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Prairie Lakes Church in Cedar Falls with burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Waterloo. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, and for one hour prior to service time Tuesday at the church. Memorials may be directed to Youth With A Mission (YWAM), Cedar Valley Hospice, or the family.
