Mildred F Cook

Mildred F. Cook, 89, of Waterloo, Iowa, died  Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Grundy Center Memorial Long Term Care.  She was born October 19, 1919, in Belle Plaine, Iowa, the daughter of George C. and Nettie (Munson) Brand.  She married John Wayne Cook on October 21, 1955 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. He preceded her in death on October 15, 1979.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and four brothers, LeLand, Raymond, Walter, and Harry Brand.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Reinbeck Cemetery, Reinbeck, Iowa. There will be no visitation. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
