Merville D. Brunscheen

Merville D. Brunscheen, 73, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth Martin Health Center.  He was born September 9, 1944 in Anamosa, Iowa, the son of Oliver and Margaret (Luke) Brunscheen.  Merville was a graduate of Midland Community School in Wyoming, Iowa and was a farmer for many years.

He is survived by his three sisters, Nancy Dunahugh and Alma (Dennis) Bigelow, both of Cedar Falls, Karen (Aaron) Nelson of Decatur, Illinois; his niece, Kara (Scott) Baker, of Cedar Falls and his nephew, Michael (Kelly) Brunscheen, of Florida, and many adored great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Merville was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Merlin Brunscheen.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at Nazareth Lutheran Church Chapel in Cedar Falls, with burial at a later date.
