MARY I. ANDORF, 87, of the Denver Sunset Home died Friday, July 2, 2004 at the home. She was born July 20, 1916 near Trafalger, Indiana the daughter of Eddie Guy & Anna Lucy (Mitchell) Parkhurst. Mary was united in marriage to Chris Andorf on November 25, 1937 at Nashua, Iowa. She was a homemaker and was employed at Ron's Floor Covering for seven years.

Survivors include her daughter, Patricia (Maynard) Bietz of Denver; her son, Norman (Sharon) Andorf of Oelwein, six grandchildren, Larry Bietz, Cheryl Swihart, Tony Andorf, Troy Andorf, Tami Bartosh, and Tara Derifield, ten great grandchildren; and one brother, Nelson M. Parkhurst of Lafayette, Indiana.

Funeral services were 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, rural Hudson. A memorial fund will be established.
