MARTIN A. KRUMME was born November 22, 1918 at Waukon, Iowa, the son of Fred and Lydia (Snitker) Krumme. He married Fern J. Neeman on March 27, 1959 at Muskegon, Michigan. Martin graduated from Waukon High School and Waukon Junior College. He worked for Waukon Co-op for 7 years, Behrens Buick in Cedar Falls, Iowa for 19 years and John Deery Motor Company for 21 years. Martin died Monday, March 11, 2002 at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls, at 83 years of age.
He is survived by his wife, Fern of Cedar Falls and eleven nieces and nephews.
Martin was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, August and Eldo Krumme and four sisters, Laura Kugel, Lillian Nelson, Alma Jeide and Mary Krumme.
Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2002, at the Cedar Falls Gospel Hall at 13th and Walnut St.. Interment was at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg, Iowa. A memorial fund will be established.
