Luella S Santee
October 30, 1904 — December 28, 1998
LUELLA SADIE SANTEE was born October 30, 1904 in Rock Valley, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Emma (Wattawa) Bauman. She married Leslie C. Santee, he preceded her in death February 12, 1977. Luella was a teacher for many years with the Dike Community School District in Dike, Iowa. She died Monday, December 28, 1998, at Heather Manor in Des Moines, Iowa at 94 years of age.
Luella is survived by her three nephews, Robert Vail of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Donald Vail of Clarkston, Washington and Richard Vail of Sand Point, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a daughter, Marianna Strever.
Graveside Commital Services were held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 1998, at Fairview Cemetery in Cedar Falls. There was no visitation, her body was cremated.Guestbook
