LUCILLE E. DORN was born on October 12, 1917 in Denver, Iowa the daughter of Louis and Bertha (Matthias) Volker. She married Joseph B. Dorn on June 5, 1937 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Maxfield. He preceded her in death on December 21, 1971. She died on Friday, September 4, 1998 at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa at 80 years of age.
Lucille is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two sisters, Lorna Brandt and Florene DeVries.
Services were held on September 8, 1998 at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls, with burial at Garden of Memories in Waterloo, Iowa.
