Loyce M. Ebaugh, 80, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, July 16, 2012, at NewAldaya Lifescapes. Loyce was born January 9, 1932, in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the daughter of Charles & Amanda (Ackerson) Baker. She married Marvin Ebaugh September 11, 1948, in Janesville, Iowa. He preceded her in death March 5, 1977. Loyce was a nurses aide at various nursing homes in the metropolitan area and was also employed at Waterloo Register, John Deere, and Home Shopping Network. Survivors include a son, Bob (Sandra) Ebaugh, of Raymond, Iowa; three daughters, Cheryl (Larry) Meier and Karen (David) Koshatka, both of Harpers Ferry, Iowa and Diana (Les) Smith, of Waterloo; fourteen grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; a brother, LaVern (Carol) Baker, of Asheville, North Carolina and a sister, Ardeth (Kenneth) Kuck, of Sebring, Florida. Loyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister, Sharon (Milton) Agar. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Public visitation will be from 4 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, and one hour prior to service Thursday, at the funeral home. A memorial fund will be established.
