Leonard M Hansen
September 9, 1922 — January 14, 2008
Leonard is survived by his wife, Iris, of Janesville; a daughter, Karen K. (Gary) Heidemann, of Janesville; a son, Ray "Pood" (Diane) Hansen, of Cedar Falls; seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren; one brother, Donald (Joell) Hansen, of Cedar Falls; and two sisters, Elva Thuesen of Cedar Falls and Arlene Goos of Gladbrook, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Rex Leonard Hansen, one grandson, Rex Leonard Hansen, Jr., one brother, Lyle Hansen, and two sisters, Genevie Hinrich and Vera Holm.
Services will be 10:30 am Thursday, January 17, 2008, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with interment at Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be 4 - 7:00 pm Wednesday, and one hour before service, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice-Waverly.
