Leona Taylor

Leona Taylor, 85, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, May 16, 2016, at her home in Cedar Falls. She was born March 24, 1931 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Albert ad Una (Bigelow) Mickey. Leona married Thomas Taylor January 20, 1964 in Chandler, Arizona. He preceded her in death November 20, 2014.

She is survived by two daughters; Deborah (Lee) Morrison, of Evansdale and Della, (Raymond) Mosher, of Waterloo; ten grandchildren and one brother, Lee (Linda) Mickey.

Leona was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three sons, David and Steven Trainor, and Brian Taylor.

There will be no services. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral is assisting the family.
