Kevin J Flockhart

Kevin J. Flockhart, 45, of Spokane, Washington, and formerly of Cedar Falls, died of natural causes Monday, January 31, 2011, in Spokane.  He was born March 26, 1965, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Linda Resewehr and Gerald Flockhart.  Kevin served in the U.S. Army.  He was employed at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad of Spokane Washington.

Survivors include his mother, Linda (Kerry) Resewehr, of Cedar Falls; his father, Gerald (Jean) Flockhart, of Bullhead City, Arizona; his grandmother, Beverly Paulsen, of Cedar Falls; two sisters, JoDee (Lynette) Flockhart-Fitzgerald and Chandra Bell, both of Waterloo; a half brother, Adam Ferris, of Spokane; two half sisters, Missy and Sammy Flockhart, of Bullhead City, Arizona, several uncles and aunts;  and his faithful companion, Chopper.

Kevin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald M. Paulsen.

Services will be 4:30 p.m. Friday, February 11, 2011, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with inurnment at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery, New Hartford.  Military Honors will be conducted by Cedar Falls AMVETS Post 49.
