JULIE E.
HILL, 57, of Waterloo died Friday, October 29, 2004 at her home of natural causes. She was born July 3, 1947 in Mason City, Iowa the daughter of Ingvald & Flavia (Hill) Loberg. Julie graduated from Mason City High School in 1965. She married Robert J. Chudek September 3, 1977 in Northwood, Iowa and they were later divorced. Julie was employed as a legal secretary at Mosier, Thomas, Beatty, Dutton, Braun, & Stack Law Firm in Waterloo, was then employed as a secretary with firms such as Waterloo Paper Company, Doerfer Engineering and Pro Farmer, then later owned and operated Data Services Company in Roseville, Minnesota with her husband for 20 years. She volunteered with the Alzheimer's Unit for 10 years, also in Roseville.
Survivors include her mother, Flavia Loberg of Cedar Falls; her sister, Angela Burrell and her husband Steve, of Cedar Falls; one niece, Ambria Root of Cedar Falls, and one nephew, Ryan Loberg of Butler, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Brant Loberg.
Memorial services were 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 1, 2004 at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with inurnment at Sunset Rest Cemetery, Northwood, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Bend Humane Society.
