Judy Lee Finch, 72, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo. She was born March 21, 1945 in Baraboo, Wisconsin the daughter of  Leonard and Velma (Crow) Waitman. Judy married James R. Finch September 12, 1964 in Oelwein, Iowa. For some years she worked as a insurance office assistant and also served as a volunteer compeer program.

She is survived by her husband, James Finch, of Cedar Falls; one daughter, Corrina (David) Wireman, of Cedar Falls; three grandchildren, David, Casey, and Nicholas Wireman; three great grandchildren, Seryna, Trevor, and Lily Wireman, and one sister, Toni Straw, of Independence.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents;  three brothers, Jerry, Larry, and Rex Waitman; two sisters, Peggy Jo and Bonita Waitman

Memorials Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 14, 2017 at First United Methodist Church. Visitation  will be 4:00 p.m. to 6;00 p.m. Thursday, July 13 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home and one hour before services at the church on Friday. Memorials may be directed to the family.
