Judy Ann Elliott

Judy Ann Elliott, 80, Cedar Falls, died Friday, December 6, 2024 at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center. Judy was born June 14, 1944 in Janesville to the late Cecil and Rosa (McClure) Rockwood.  Judy married Donald Elliott on April 27, 1963 in Preston, MN.  The couple celebrated 19 loving years together prior to his death on December 18, 1982.

Judy enjoyed working in her garden and loved all animals, especially her dog Molly.

Judy is survived by her children, Beth (Joseph W.) Widmann of Cedar Falls, Wendy (Clifford) Wormser of Waterloo, Karen (Richard) Benson of rural Reinbeck; Kenneth (Jalana) Elliott of Stillwell, OK, Carey Elliott of Davenport, Rick (Trudy) Elliott of Mount Vernon, Dennis (Terry) Elliott of Marshalltown, Danny Elliott of Spilling and Michelle Stazler of Colorado; 21 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her infant son, Stuart Ray Elliott; grandson, Jeffrey Widmann; and sisters, Myra Rockwood, Della Grandon and Betty Beck.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 501 Sycamore Street, La Porte City.  Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, December 13 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, Cedar Falls; resuming at 9:30 AM on Saturday at the church until the time of service.  Interment will be at West View Cemetery, La Porte City.  Arrangements: Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home.
