Judy A Bisbee

Judy A. Bisbee, 62, of Waterloo and formerly of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo.  Judy was born June 27, 1946 at Arlington, Iowa, the daughter of Darrel & Bessie (Frederick) Johnson.  She married John Bisbee August 24, 1969 at Manchester, Iowa.

Survivors include her husband, John Bisbee, of Waterloo; her son, Robert (Carol) Bisbee, of Stacy, Minnesota; two daughters, Dawn (Frank Schwartz) Bishop, of Elkhart, Iowa, Shawn (Jeremy) Slight, of Dubuque, Iowa; nine grandchildren, Taylor Bisbee, Megan Slight, Trever Bishop, Teresa Slight, Trenten Schwartz, Victoria Schwartz, Zack Schwartz, Kelsey Schwartz, and Dalton Schwartz; four brothers, Darrel (Glenda) Johnson, of Cedar Falls, Les (Charlene) Johnson, of Britt, Iowa, Scotty Lee Scott of Manchester, and Dean Scott of Dubuque; and four sisters, Sandy (George) Hayek, of Clutier, Iowa, Shirley (Jeff) Tardif, of Pennsylvania, Laura (John) Heffernen, of Manchester, and Gina (Craig) Bryan, of Montezuma, Iowa.

Judy was preceded in death by her mother, father, and step father, Donald Scott.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2009, at St. John Lutheran Church with burial at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, both in Cedar Falls.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, and for one hour prior to service time at the church on Saturday.  Memorials may be directed to the family.
