Judith "Judy" Ann Manley

Judy Ann Manley, 83, Waterloo, died Monday, January 2, 2023 at UnityPoint Allen Hospital.

Judy was born February 5, 1939 in Danville, Illinois to the late Forrest and Maude (Duncan) Burnison.  Judy was united in marriage to Bernie Manley on February 23, 1963 in Champagne, Illinois.

Judy is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Bernie; children, Lynn Manley, Mike (Shari) Manley and Todd Manley; sister-in-law, Doris Burnison; fur-baby, Molly and extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her siblings, Roberta, Don, Barbara and George.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 9, 2023 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 AM on Monday at the funeral home.  Judy will be laid to rest with her dearly loved husband, Bernie, at a later date in Greenwood Cemetery.
