JUANITA ROSE MINIKUS was born June 28, 1916 in Eddyville, Iowa the daughter of Edd H. and Nellie Rose (Prince) Campbell. She married Floyd G. Minikus on December 31, 1945 in Waverly, Iowa. He died October 17, 1987. Juanita was in the cafeteria of the Cedar Falls School system for many years retiring in 1987. She died Friday, January 28, 2000 at her home at the age of 83 years.
Survivors include her son, Mickey Minikus of Aurora, Colorado; three daughter, Julia Martindale, Chandler, Arizona, Rosemary Siems and Linda Minikus, both of Cedar Falls, Iowa; ten grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and her brother, Duane Campbell of Sacramento, California.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one brother, Edward Campbell.
Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2000 at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be directed to First Christian Church, Cedar Falls, Iowa.
