JOSHUA LEE
HUMMEL, 22, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, February 7, 2005, at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls. He was born July 17, 1982 in Cedar Falls, the son of Kelly L. Hummel and Sheilah M. Babcock. Joshua attended Cedar Falls High School and worked for Black Hawk Roofing in Cedar Falls.
He is survived by his father of Cedar Falls and his mother and step-father, Scott Sherbon, of Cedar Falls; a brother, Jeremy Hummel of New Hartford, Iowa; two sisters, Kelley Hummel of Cedar Falls and Kaydi Hummel of New Hartford; a step-sister, Brandy Sherbon of Salt Lake City, Utah and a step-brother, Jerry (Rebbecca) Sherbon of Colorado Springs, Colorado; paternal grandparents, Ivan (Lois) Hummel of Dike, Iowa and maternal grandparents, Bob (Joan) Babcock of Cedar Falls.
Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2005, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, with interment at Washington Chapel Cemetery in rural Cedar Falls. V A memorial fund will be established.
