John H. Morrow, 86, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. He was born January 8, 1930 in Eagle Bend, Minnesota, the son of Harrison and Carrie (Skilling) Morrow. John married Della Francis on June 10, 1950 in Long Prairie, Minnesota. John was a farmer for many years and worked at Rath Packing Company in Waterloo for 24 years.

He is survived by his wife, Della Morrow, of Waterloo; a daughter, Mavis Marie Morrow, of Waterloo; three sons, Allen Dale Morrow, Russell Gene (Cheryl) Morrow and Douglas Elton Morrow, all of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Andrea Renae (Tony) Troester, Jessica Sue (Chris) Toler, Brett Allen (Christine) Morrow, Jamie Diana Turner, Juston Lee Morrow, and 15 great grandchildren.

John was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Kenneth, Oscar, James and Charlie, and four sisters, Margaret, Lillian, Alice and Loretta.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2016, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, with burial at Garden of Memories in Waterloo. Visitation will be 3—7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family. Condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
