Joann M. Sullivan

JoAnn M. Sullivan, 85, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, October 22, 2017, at The Village in Indianola, Iowa.  She was born July 27, 1932 in Waverly, Iowa, the daughter of Carl and Hulda (Pipho) Rediske.  JoAnn married Patrick H. Sullivan in 1967.  He preceded her in death on July 1, 2002.  JoAnn was a graduate of Waverly High School and was a member of Cedar Falls AMVETS Post 49 Auxiliary.

She is survived by two daughters, Gail (Jerry) Emmert of Iowa City, Iowa and Kariann (Adam) Voigts of Indianola; two sons, Kevin (Penny) Sullivan of West Des Moines, Iowa and Brian (Jolene) Sullivan of Allison, Iowa; seven grandchildren, Jeanne (Brian) McAuliffe, Amy (Ben) Stammeyer, Matt Caldwell, Katie Sullivan, John (Kayla) Sullivan, Doug Voigts, Brad Voigts, and four great grandchildren, Sara, Emily, Jordyn and Emma.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents and husband; a sister, Lorraine Morrill and a brother, Eldon Rediske.

Services will be private.  Burial will be at a later date at Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens in Cedar Falls.  Memorials may be directed to Cedar Falls AMVETS Post 49 Auxiliary.  Condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
