Joan E. Conradi

Joan E. Conradi, 77, of Waverly, Iowa, died at home on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. She was born September 9, 1941 in Cedar Falls, the daughter of LeRoy and Mildred (Petersen) Bundy. Joan married Darius Conradi on September 26, 1959 in Kirksville, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 16, 2019. Joan was a graduate of Cedar Falls High School and was an assistant dietician at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls for 23 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Bremer County Democrats and enjoyed gardening and her cats.

Joan is survived by her son, Brad Conradi, of Cedar Falls; her three daughters, Denise (Mike) Paul and Dawn Conradi, both of Janesville, Iowa, and Jillane Conradi of Plainfield, Iowa; eight grandchildren, Bobbi Brace-Kita, Maygen Brace, Adaam Conradi, Austin Conradi, Kitt Britt, Jack Britt, Teddy Britt and Vince Croes; two great grandchildren, Berkley Conradi and Beau Conradi; her sister, Jean (Walt) Combes, of Cedar Falls, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial at Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Memorials may be directed to the family. Online condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
