Survivors include his parents, Michelle and Kurtis Keough, of Cedar Falls; two sisters, Abigail Wieland and Megan Keough, both of Cedar Falls; a brother, Tanner Keough, of Cedar Falls; maternal grandmother, Linda Coonradt, of Cedar Falls and paternal grandmother, Alberta Keough, of Waterloo; several aunts and uncles, David (Lori) Coonradt of Cedar Falls, Kenny (Jane) Keough of Waverly, Iowa and Kristi (Craig) Lienhard of Waterloo; several cousins, and his mentor, Ivan Wieland, of Cedar Falls.

Jeremy was preceded in death by an uncle, Kevin Keough; paternal grandfather, James Keough; maternal great grandmother, Luella Lovstuen; paternal great grandmother, Grace Keough, and his paternal great grandparents, Albert and Loretta Bovy.
