Jennifer M Scott

Jennifer M. Scott, 42, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, after a lifelong battle with several health issues. She was born March 17, 1967 in Munich, Germany. Jennifer was a 1985 graduate of Cedar Falls High School and a 1992 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. She worked for a short time at the Waterloo Courier newspaper.

Survivors include her mother, Margaret (Gary) Mausser, of Walker, Iowa, and her longtime friend, caregiver and confidant, David Berggren, of Cedar Falls.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Erich and Ilse Richter.

Services will be 1:30 pm Saturday, September 19, 2009, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be one hour before the service. A memorial fund will be established. Online condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com .
