Jeffrey J. Folsom, 61, of Shell Rock, died Sunday, January 3, 2016, at Windsor Care Center, Cedar Falls. He was born May 16, 1954 in Cedar Falls, the son of Jack and Laurel (Hatch) Folsom. Jeff was a gardener and co-owned J & L Goodies in Shell Rock with his fiancé.
He is survived by his fiancé, Lorna Potratz, of Shell Rock.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2016 at Heritage United Methodist Church in Waverly, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the family. Condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
