James Leroy Knock

James "Jim" LeRoy Knock, 68, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at his home of natural causes.  He was born November 6, 1951 in Waterloo, the son of Fred & Emma (Juhl) Knock.  James married Cindy Krusemark and later Carol Eckoff.  He served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1972.  James ran a CNC machine, was a Union Steward and Voluntary Firefighter at John Deere.

Survivors include two sons, Jon (Jody) Knock  of Oelwein and Alan Knock of Allison; nine grandchildren; one brother, Larry Dean Knock of Cedar Falls; three sisters, Marlene Helen (Charlie) Brown and Frances Kay Page, both of Waterloo and Judy Joyce Stuber of Minnesota; and his special friend G. G.

James was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters, Phyllis Jean Zeiner, Linda Lou Riter, Sandra Jane Webb and Carol Ann Moore.
