HELGA A.
ERLANDSEN was born March 18, 1904 in Laeso, Denmark, the daughter of Anders and Juliane (Markussen) Jensen. She married Kingo O. Erlandsen on December 21, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois. He preceded her in death in 1977. Helga died Wednesday, March 10, 1999 at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home at 94 years of age.
She is survived by her two sons, Stanley Erlandsen of Plymouth, Minnesota and Earl Erlandsen of Katy, Texas; her five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Helga was preceded in death by her husband and parents; one daughter, Ella Hansen; one grandson, Paul Hansen and seven brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 15, 1999 at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home Chapel, with burial at Greenwood Cemetery in Cedar Falls. Memorials may be directed to the family.
