HELEN R. YARGER,
83, of Cedar Falls died Thursday, January 27, 2005 at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth E. Martin Health Center. She was born September 19, 1921 at Massena, Iowa the daughter of Cliff & Marcia (Giles) Way. She married Wray Yarger September 7, 1940 at Grant City, Missouri. He preceded her in death October 14, 2004.
Survivors include four daughters, Carolyn Jones of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Janet (Larry) Fish of Minden Nevada; Diane (Brian) Foster of Auburn, California; Julie Manning (Bob Manning), both of Waterloo; four grandchildren, Andrea & Teresa Jones and Andrew & Lexa Manning. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; her sister, Aletha Hosfelt; and her brother, Harold Way.
Memorial services were 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at the Western Home Chapel with inurnment in Fairview Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Western Home Communities or Cedar Valley Hospice.
