Harold A Fuller

Harold A. Fuller, 77, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, February 26, 2011, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.  He was born April 20, 1933 in Winneshiek County, Iowa, the son of Orrick and Grace (Pritchard) Fuller.  Harold married Elrita Harnish on December 16, 1972 in Gilbertville, Iowa.  He served in the U.S. Navy and worked at Rath Packing Company and farmed for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Elrita Fuller, of Cedar Falls; three daughters, Kathy (Roger) Miller of Cedar Falls, Barb (John) Charley of Dike, and Diane McClain of Cedar Falls; two sons, Michael (LaVonne) Harnish of Elysian, Minnesota and Richard (Felicia) Harnish of Menomonie, Wisconsin; eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Donald Fuller, a sister, Helen Fuller, and two great grandchildren.

Services will be 11:00 am Friday, March 4, 2011, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with inurnment at a later date.  Visitation will be 5—8:00 pm Thursday, March 3, and one hour before service Friday, at the funeral home.  Military Honors will be conducted by Cedar Falls AMVETS Post 49.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.  Online condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
