Grace Elizabeth Williams, 56, of Waterloo, died Saturday, October 7, 2006 at Country View Care Facility. She was born March 27, 1956 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the daughter of William Williams, Jr. & Evelyn (Ritchey) Williams.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
Private inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery on her mother's grave.
